Prices (in Euro) are per week (7 nights) for the renting of the apartment containing bedroom(s) for 2 persons, kitchen, sitting-dining room, bathroom (and shower-room with 3 bedrooms), sundeck with sunbeds, swimming pool and toddlers pool, ... (see more accommodation). Included in the price are the transfers from and to the airport, change of kitchen and bathroom towels twice a week, and change of bed-linen and cleaning of the apartment once a week. The final cleaning is also included in the price.

The apartment Villa Flandria offers accommodation for up to 8 people and 2 babies. For each additional person in a room there is a surcharge of Euro 50 for 7 nights. A baby-bed cost Euro 25  for 7 nights. Transfers from and to the airport are included.
Extra night = 1/7 week price.
Payment : a down payment of 1/3 of the total price on reservation, the balance to be paid one month before arrival.

OPTIONAL : The consumption only for the airconditioners in the bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen registered on a separated meter, will be charged at Euro 0.25 per kWh.
